How we build partnerships

- Terra-Gen initiates contact with the landowner to discuss project opportunities. If the location proves to be a good fit for a renewable energy project and the landowners are interested, Terra-Gen will work to execute a long-term lease agreement for renewable energy development.

- Terra-Gen carefully designs the project layout to optimize land use and efficiency, then manages the application process for all necessary permits and approvals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Terra-Gen performs comprehensive environmental assessments to develop responsibly.
