Edwards Sanborn 1C
Located in Kern County, California, the Edwards Sanborn (EdSan) 1C solar project is part of one of the largest hybrid renewable energy facilities in the country. The EdSan 1C solar facility has the capacity to produce 148 MW of clean, renewable energy. The facility reached operations in 2025. Combined, EdSan 1A, 1B, and 1C, represents 957 MW of solar capacity, 1,066 MW / 3,315 MWh of energy storage, with a grid interconnection capacity of 1,400 MW.
