Edwards Sanborn 1B

Located in Kern County, California, the Edwards Sanborn Storage 1B project is part of one of the largest hybrid renewable energy facilities in the country. The EdSan 1A facility comprises 518 MW / 1,814 MWh of energy storage and 412 MW of solar generation. The facility reached commercial operations in 2024.
