Aditi Suresh

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Aditi Suresh was General Counsel & Secretary at ENI New Energy US, advising executive leadership on legal strategy, corporate governance, and risk management for a 1 GW renewable energy portfolio. Previously, she was Senior Counsel at SunPower, structuring complex project financings and M&A deals, and an Associate at White & Case, advising on energy and infrastructure transactions. She also served as Regional Counsel at SunEdison, overseeing legal strategy for 300+ MW of assets. Aditi received a Dual Degree LL.M. (Global Business Laws) from New York University School of Law and the National University of Singapore, where she was a Dean’s Scholar
