The Contractor Environmental Health & Safety Policy sets the environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) minimum requirements for contractors from initial EH&S review through performance of the contracted scope of work.

Policy Overview

Purpose and Scope: The policy covers Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements for contractors who do business with our company.

Applicability: All Terra-Gen contractors and their subcontractors at sites and offices in the care and custody of Terra-Gen. The Policy also provides the minimum standards that are required at sites in the care and custody of Terra-Gen contractors.

Responsibility: All contractors and subcontractors are expected to always comply with its provisions.
