Co-located with Terra-Gen’s existing wind generation assets in Kern County, California, the Sagebrush A energy storage project has the capacity to produce 80 MW of clean and reliable energy. The facility reached full commercial operations in 2022.

The project provides short-duration energy storage capable of producing enough electricity to power approximately 80,000 homes at full output.
