Milt Howard

Milt leads Texas renewable development for Terra-Gen both in wind and solar generation. The Texas Team has over 1,000 MW in late-stage development.

Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Milt was Vice President, Development at NRG, Duke Energy and Avista Energy where he and his Teams developed and installed over $4 Billion in renewable and gas generation projects and acquired more than $1 Billion of renewables.

During this period, Milt and Team developed the Los Vientos, fully contracted, five phase, 912 MW wind project in South Texas which is currently the largest wind farm in Texas. Development areas of expertise include ERCOT, CAISO, SPP and MISO.

Milt holds an MBA from Houston Christian University and a B.S. in Geology from Texas A&M University.
