We value the success that our interdisciplinary teams have in project development, construction management and project operations. These teams are comprised of professionals who work to assure our projects are properly sited, safely constructed and mindfully operated. Project development teams work with local, state and federal agencies to permit projects with the highest environmental standards to avoid sensitive resources and mitigate risk. Project operation occurs with consistent compliance specialist oversight to ensure that our facilities function in ways that are consistent with environmental regulations and avoid impacts to the environment or natural resources.
Alta Environmental Services
In 2012, Terra-Gen created Alta Environmental Services (AES) to protect the California condor while suppling much needed renewable energy. Located in Kern County, California within one of the United States’ largest wind resource areas, AES proudly contributes to the protection of the federally endangered California condor.
