Robert Skaggs

Vice President – Development

Robert has been with Terra-Gen’s development team since 2009 and has actively participated in the development of many of the company’s wind projects during this time.  Prior to joining Terra-Gen, Robert worked for several energy companies including Edison Mission Energy, TECO Power Services, InterGen, ESI Energy, Inc., and Bechtel Power Corp.    He has over 26 years of experience in the energy business including development, finance, fuels management, engineering and energy trading.

Robert holds a MBA degree in Finance from New York University and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
